I am looking to recruit a Personal Health Care Assistant to join our team of Personal Assistants who enable me to live independently in my own home in Herne with my family.

I am a man with a physical disability and need support with personal care including washing, toileting, dressing, meals and on trips to the hospital, shopping and places I like to visit, as well as support with various healthcare tasks for which training will be provided.

Applicants must be reliable and flexible and while care experience is preferred, I would consider someone who is keen to work in the care sector and has a desire to learn.

Ability to drive is preferred but not essential.

Hours: 12 hour shifts. 3 shifts per week on a rota system 9.30am - 9.30pm and 9.30pm - 9.30 am

Benefits: 5.6 weeks paid annual leave, access to Workplace Pension with Employer Contribution at Statutory Rate, all training provided, and DBS Check and Update Service paid for by employer.
