Overview

Zero Hour Prescription Delivery Driver to work on a permanent contract at our 573 branch at Holme Lane, Cross Hills, Keighley, BD20 7LG. Opening hours for our branch are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00. The role requires flexibility to work within these branch opening times, with a focus on delivering professional service to customers and Pharmacy Teams.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver prescription items promptly and conscientiously to private houses, nursing and residential homes, while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Cohens brand and maintain a friendly, professional image.
  • Work under pressure to deliver prescriptions within designated timeframes and ensure deliveries comply with the company’s regulated procedures.
  • Have basic computer skills to plan and print daily routes in branch before starting deliveries.
  • Assist with PR exercises to increase business where required.
  • Use your own vehicle for the role; ensure your personal insurance policy allows for business use. If necessary, contact your insurer prior to interview. Business insurance refers to the vehicle only, not contents. The Company may contribute to the business aspect of your insurance upon receipt of supporting documentation.
