A welcoming and inclusive school in Slough is seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who is considering a future career in teaching, psychology, educational support, or social work and wants to gain hands‑on classroom experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored support to the pupil based on individual learning needs.
  • Facilitate learning by adapting activities and materials so the pupil remains engaged and can access the curriculum.
  • Track progress, record development and share insights with the teacher and SENCO.
  • Promote wellbeing by creating a nurturing and supportive environment.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, the SEN team and parents to implement effective strategies.
What We’re Looking For
