The Role:

You will be joining a Real Estate team with many lawyers individually recognised by the Legal 500 and Chambers. The department consistently handles high‑profile, complex transactions that rival top city firms, giving you exposure to the highest quality work.

Your caseload will span a broad range of commercial property matters, including working on a variety of commercial real estate, residential investment and secured lending transactions.

Requirements:

• Real Estate Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ‑3 years PQE) with experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters.
• Experience with secured lending transactions on behalf of lenders.
• Experience with residential investment work and handling freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals and property investment portfolio management for retail, industrial units and office premises.
• Experience acting for lenders, landlords, tenants and non‑profit charity organisations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
