A human resources organization is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee HR functions, manage compliance, and lead HR projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, relevant certifications, and supervisory experience. This on-site role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to meet various employment requirements.
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for a broad range of Human Resources functions, including risk management and safety, audit and compliance, employee relations, leave of absence, and workers’ compensation, to support departmental and organizational goals. This role will lead HR projects and/or processes that optimize HR efficiencies; provide supervision to HR representatives.
In the course of performing this on-site job, the incumbent must be able to lift at least 25 lbs. Frequent sitting, twisting, typing, talking, hearing and repetitive motions. Occasional walking, standing, bending, grasping, pulling, pushing and reaching
