We are looking for a Junior HR Officer to join our People team in Paris.

Your role

Working under the supervision of the Head of Compensation & Benefits, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Coordinate the administration for all employees in NTT DATA France.
  • Ensure timely payroll preparation.
  • Manage the employee onboarding process.
  • Create and maintain employee records.
  • Provide HR support to all employees and inform them on important updates.
  • Participate to HR projects together with the team.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Assist in the performance management system.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.

Your profile
  • You have a university degree in Human Resources or related, or equal by experience.
