The International Potato Center (CIP) is seeking to recruit a motivated, hands-on expert CONSULTANT (Tissue Culture Specialist) for Bhubaneswar, Odisha Office.

• Support potato tissue culture plantlet production in the laboratory
• Prepare media and manage routine laboratory activities
• Supervise Apical Rooted Cutting (ARC) production for potato seed multiplication
• Coordinate and support all activities related to potato seed production

Education: Graduation/Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related fields

Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in a tissue culture lab and nursery management in potato or other crops

The initial contractual appointment will be till July 2026, with a high possibility of renewal based on project requirements and individual performance. The position offers a consultancy fee of INR 25,000 initially.
