Job summary
Une entreprise innovante de services recherche un(e) spécialiste en comptabilité pour rejoindre l'équipe. Vous serez responsable de l'onboarding des clients, fournissant un soutien personnalisé et contribuant à leur satisfaction. Le candidat idéal doit avoir au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un environnement B2B et maîtriser la gestion de projets. Ce poste CDI offre une rémunération entre 26 000€ et 28 000€ brut/an, des primes et la possibilité de télétravail.

- Au moins 2 ans d'expérience en comptabilité ou fiscalité dans la gestion de processus ou le service client.
- Expérience dans le secteur des services B2B ou dans un environnement similaire.
- Capacité à travailler avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
Responsibilities
- Former les clients à l'utilisation de notre plateforme ComptaPlace.
- Apporter un conseil personnalisé en comptabilité et fiscalité.
- Recueillir les avis des clients et proposer des améliorations.
