ARKURB ASIA GROUP is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in Bali. This full-time role focuses on providing strategic cost management and contract administration services to support the delivery of complex construction projects.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects
- Review and negotiate construction contracts and subcontractor agreements
- Monitor and control project costs, providing regular financial reporting
- Prepare and negotiate progress claims, variations and final accounts
- Provide commercial and contractual advice to project teams
- Identify and manage commercial risks
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
- 8+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management
- Proven track record of successfully managing the commercial aspects of construction projects
- Excellent contract administration and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in the use of construction cost estimating software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
