Job summary
A leading automation firm is seeking a Digital Manufacturing Consultant to engage with clients and enhance manufacturing operations. The role involves diagnosing operations, guiding transformations, and leading workshops. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience, particularly in discrete manufacturing, and be fluent in French and English. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing operations or industrial engineering.
- Experience in discrete manufacturing sectors such as Automotive or Pharma.
- Fluency in French and English at B2 level or above.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to assess operations and identify improvement opportunities.
- Act as a manufacturing expert for international industry customers.
- Guide improvement strategies including layout and automation opportunities.
- Lead workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.

The Role
- You will be playing a crucial consulting role by engaging directly with clients to assess operations, identify improvement opportunities, and help realize performance gains via digital transformation solutions that integrate operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT).
- You will act as manufacturing expert and transformation consultant for international manufacturing industry customers from Automotive, CPG, Pharma, and other focus industries
- Diagnosing customer manufacturing operations, applying lean and digital tools, and guiding improvement strategies including layout and automation opportunities.
- Lead Gemba-based workshops, 4M analysis, and stakeholder alignment sessions on-site or virtually
- Develop transformation roadmaps, benefit cases, and rollout strategies for customer manufacturing sites which will help to realize the customer’s top management KPIs
- 5+ years of experience in advance manufacturing operations, or Industrial engineering with lean transformation experience in discrete manufacturing (Automotive, Food, Consumer goods, Electronics, Medical / Pharma)
- Manufacturing Ops : Knowledge of line balancing, takt time, yield, OEE, value stream mapping.
- Lean / CI Methods : Kaizen, 8D, A3, SMED, TPM, Six Sigma, etc.
- Fluent French and English
