This role involves mapping the market, securing partnerships, and driving strategic growth in the payments sector. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in business development with a focus on U.S. markets, particularly in fintech or payments. Competitive pay and flexibility for remote work are offered.

Salary:Up to €80K + commission, OTE £180k + equity from Y2
We’re a high-growth payment-technology scale-up focused on payment orchestration for subscriptions, and we're on a mission to revolutionise merchant payments. Now, we’re taking on the U.S. market — and we’re looking for an entrepreneurial Partnerships & Business Development Manager to lead the charge.
This is a build-from-scratch role: you’ll identify, connect with, and onboard Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and acquirers, driving strategic partnerships that fuel our U.S. growth.
