As part of our expansion, we are recruiting a Financial Controller to strengthen the Management Control department and support the Administrative and Financial Manager in their scope. Your role is to ensure reliable financial information for the projects under your responsibility.

This involves close collaboration with construction teams and support from Management Assistants. Your responsibilities include:

1. Preparing account statements and conducting monthly budget control (monitoring budget progress, updating remaining expenses, explaining variances, verifying activity forecasts and margins);
2. Monitoring project opportunities and risks, and alerting operational teams;
3. Verifying the follow-up and commitment of supplier and subcontractor expenses;
4. Managing invoicing, customer follow-ups, guarantees, and bank sureties;
5. Overseeing contractual management of projects;
6. Managing these aspects from both an enterprise management and project management perspective.

You are the guarantor of internal procedure compliance and act as a guide/advisor to construction teams handling daily financial monitoring.

This position is to be filled on a permanent basis in Nanterre, then Issy Les Moulineaux (moving scheduled for December 2025). Frequent travel to the headquarters in Chelles (77) and Brétigny Sur Orge (91) is expected.

Applicants should have a higher education background (Bac+4/5) from a university or business school, specialized in management control, with successful experience in a similar role. Rigorous, curious, and with good interpersonal skills, you are eager to contribute your expertise to a growing company. Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential.
