Job summary
Une boulangerie artisanale à Paris recherche un boulanger expérimenté pour la production quotidienne de pains et pains spéciaux. Le candidat idéal doit avoir un CAP/BEP en boulangerie, un minimum de 4 ans d'expérience, et partager sa passion pour le pain de qualité. Les responsabilités incluent la gestion des stocks, le respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité, ainsi que l'interaction avec la clientèle pour la facturation et la production.
Qualifications
