A global HR consultancy is seeking a hands-on Workday Learning Lead to optimize and manage the Workday Learning module in a fully remote role. Responsibilities include leading configurations, managing integrations with learning platforms, and ensuring high-quality service for HR stakeholders. Candidates should have 3-5 years of HRIS experience, strong skills in Workday configuration, and a proactive mindset. Fluency in English is required, and exposure to AI-driven initiatives is a plus.

  • 3–5 years HRIS experience, with at least 2 years hands-on Workday Learning experience.
  • Strong technical skills in Workday configuration: BP, reporting, EIBs, security.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and integrations.

Job Title: Workday Learning Lead (Remote)

Role Overview

We're looking for a hands‑on Workday Learning Lead to join a global HRIS team. You will take ownership of the Workday Learning module and related integrations, ensuring smooth operation, optimisation, and adoption across multiple countries. This role requires someone technically strong, proactive, and comfortable working directly with HR and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead configuration, optimisation, and support of Workday Learning
  • Manage integrations with external learning platforms (e.g., LMS, Udemy)
  • Build and maintain reports, business processes (BP), EIBs, and security configurations
  • Support and mentor junior HRIS team members
  • Ensure adoption and high‑quality service for HR stakeholders
  • Participate in AI‑focused upskilling initiatives and continuous improvement projects
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations and processes
  • Proactively identify risks and recommend improvements
Essential Skills & Experience
  • 3–5 years HRIS experience, with at least 2 years hands‑on Workday Learning experience
  • Strong technical skills in Workday configuration: BP, reporting, EIBs, security
  • Experience with LMS platforms and integrations
  • English fluent (French not required)
  • Individual contributor or light team leadership experience
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions‑focused mindset
Desirable (Nice‑to‑Have)
  • Exposure to AI‑driven learning initiatives
  • Workday certifications (Learning, Core HCM, Advanced Reporting, etc.)
  • Experience in multinational or global HR environments
