A global leader in home appliances is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for the Italian market in beautiful Lisbon. This role involves supporting Italian-speaking customers through various channels, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams. Candidates must be fluent in French and have good English skills. The position offers a competitive salary, relocation support, and career growth opportunities in a vibrant city.

Prestations

1,000 / month base salary

100 performance bonus

2,000 welcome bonus

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and good command of English required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and empathy skills are necessary.

• Ready for an on‑site role in beautiful Lisbon
