A leading travel support company is seeking Dutch-speaking customer support representatives to assist travelers remotely from Greece. In this role, you will manage bookings, changes, and inquiries while maintaining high standards of service. Ideal candidates will possess C2-level Dutch and B2+ English skills, and have a customer-focused mindset. This permanent position offers a gross salary of 1500 per month, health insurance, and 25 days of annual leave, allowing for a stable and fulfilling career.

In this role, you'll support Dutch-speaking customers with their bookings, itinerary changes, and general travel needsall from the comfort of your home. Youll be the friendly voice guiding travelers through their journey.

  • Collaborate with a multicultural remote team
Requirements
  • Dutch : C2
  • English : B2+
  • Valid work permit or residence permit in Greece
  • Strong customer-service mindset
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work
  • Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required
