Overview
The production operator is responsible for the progress of work in progress on the equipment for which he has been trained. He participates in achieving the production objectives of his area and ensures the continuity of consignments between teams.
Responsibilities
Activity 1: Launching batches on the equipment
- Launch production on the equipment by following the operating procedures and according to the priorities set by management.
- Optimize the use of production equipment.
- Alert in case of problems detected on the equipment.
- Alert in case of deviations from the set production targets.
Activity 2: SPC monitoring of equipment
- Comply with the equipment control plan by carrying out SPC inspections of the equipment under his/her responsibility within the given timeframes.
- Report any issues found during the SPC inspection of the equipment.
- Optimize the passage of SPC controls to impact production as little as possible.
Activity 3: Transmit instructions
- Ensure the transmission of instructions between teams.
- Participate in AIC1 meetings and workshops.
Activity 4: Clean Concept
- Respect the rules of the clean room concept.
- Be responsible for 5S in your region.

Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- First experience in an operator position in the field of microelectronics
Skills
- You are rigorous, precise and know how to work while respecting procedures and safety instructions.
- You like working in a team and you are a good communicator.
