A forward-thinking security firm in Paris is seeking a Vulnerability Research Analyst to enhance their automated triage and remediation engine. The role involves analyzing risks, managing vulnerability data, and collaborating cross-functionally. Candidates should have a passion for security, analytical skills, and experience in security research. The position offers competitive salary, equity, and a diverse work environment.
At Konvu, we’re on a mission to make security invisible. As we move towards a future dominated by AI-generated code, we need vulnerabilities to be automatically detected, prioritized, and remediated—without slowing down development.
Our founders come from deep roots in the security industry. As early employees at Sqreen (acquired by Datadog), we’ve built security solutions from concept to global impact.
We’ve raised $5M in Seed funding from top European and US VCs and industry leaders at Datadog, GitHub, Docker, Cloudflare, Sumo Logic, and Vanta.
We’re hiring a Vulnerability Research Analyst in Paris to help us build the intelligence backbone of Konvu's agentic security platform.
As a Vulnerability Research Analyst, you’ll own the research and data that powers our automated triage and remediation engine. You’ll:
Define exploitability: Analyze CVE reports, patch notes, and proof-of-concept exploits to determine real-world risk and priority.
Enrich Konvu Vulnerability Database: Use LLMs and manual research to build and maintain highly accurate structured data on vulnerabilities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Integrate human insight: Develop processes and tooling for human-in-the-loop validation to ensure high accuracy.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with engineering and product to translate your research into actionable data models and product features.
Stay ahead of threats: Continuously track emerging vulnerabilities and attacker techniques to inform product roadmap and accuracy improvements.
You’re someone with a passion for security—embodying ownership, curiosity, and intensity—with the analytical mind to turn raw intelligence into structured insights.
1+ year of experience in security research, vulnerability analysis, or threat intelligence.
Interest in CVE databases, exploit development, and software patching processes.
Passion for security—staying current on emerging threats, attacker tools, and defensive strategies—and a drive to build products that deliver real-world impact for enterprise customers.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; you spot patterns and edge cases others miss.
Comfortable writing scripts (Python, SQL, or similar) to automate data extraction and validation.
Excellent communication in English, with an ability to write clear research reports.
Eagerness to work onsite from our Paris office.
Shape the intelligence that powers the future of AI-driven security.
Collaborate in a high-impact, autonomous environment where your expertise directly influences the product.
Join an English-speaking, globally ambitious team based in Paris and New York.
Competitive salary, meaningful equity, and comprehensive benefits.
Inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives.
Konvu is committed to building a team from a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives. Diverse viewpoints make our product and our culture stronger.
