Could you be the full-time Train Performance Manager (TPM) in Saint Ouen, close to Paris we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll ensure the overall performance of trains by meeting customer, regulatory, and Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, project management, and customer support), manage performance requirements, and oversee project timelines, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of performance compliance and validation processes, but also support the cybersecurity of onboard systems (e.g., TCMS, standard components).

We’ll look to you for
  • Managing train-level performance requirements and allocating them to subsystems
  • Monitoring design convergence towards defined objectives
  • Ensuring train validation and certification
  • Contributing to the cybersecurity of embedded systems
  • Acting as the primary technical point of contact for customer performance-related topics
  • Leading technical exchanges and design reviews as the Client Interface Technical (CIT)
  • Developing and tracking the development schedule for trains and subsystems from T0 to IQR
  • Overseeing deliverables, critical paths, and task progress
  • Mentoring TPM Deputies and System Engineers to enhance their expertise

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in engineering or a related field
  • Experience or understanding of train performance management or system engineering
  • Knowledge of validation and certification processes
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles for embedded systems
  • A project management certification is a plus
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
