A leading toy manufacturer is seeking a Marketing Lead to oversee trade marketing for France, Spain, and Portugal. This role involves shaping marketing strategies, managing a team of experts, and driving omnichannel marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and fluency in French and English. The position supports a hybrid working model with a strong focus on team development and creative marketing solutions.
Take on the functional leadership of the FRIB (France, Spain & Portugal) trade marketing team, craft a vision and implement a roadmap towards the current and future trade landscape and the LEGO Group’s presence in the Business Unit.
Develop and roll out excellent and engaging lower funnel LEGO experiences, permanent store presence and drive period (DPCs) as well as occasional campaigns across all purchasing channels and touchpoints in an integrated way!

The overall ambition for the position is to elevate industry leading in-store and omnichannel marketing to a key priority within the organization and overall marketing mix.
The role will be a key part of the Market and Channel Trade Marketing Forum and report to the Senior Director Marketing FRIB.
