Who We’re Looking For :
  • A reward expert with deep public sector experience (local government etc)
  • A consulting pro who thrives on complexity and stakeholder management
  • Fluent in French and English (bonus points for other EU languages)
  • Skilled in Excel, data tools , and reward architecture design
  • Comfortable with Works Council or union environments
  • A confident communicator with a sharp analytical mind and a collaborative spirit
