Une agence de travail temporaire recherche un Technicien de maintenance industrielle (H/F) pour un client fabricant de batteries à Bordeaux. Vous serez responsable de la gestion et du diagnostic des pannes, de la maintenance préventive et de l'interaction avec différents acteurs. Expérience d'au moins un an et Bac Professionnel requis. Le poste est en CDI avec des horaires fixes de nuit.

Position: Technicien de maintenance industrielle (H/F)

Our agency PROMAN TERTIAIRE-INDUSTRIE is seeking for its client, a manufacturer of batteries, a TECHNICIEN DE MAINTENANCE INDUSTRIELLE H/F.

The maintenance technician manages and diagnoses equipment and installation failures at the factory, performs and organizes planned preventive maintenance actions, and implements maintenance procedures and improvement actions in collaboration with maintenance staff. The main responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing equipment and installation failures, respecting costs, deadlines, and quality standards, based on site priorities and various workflow demands.
• Participating in preventive maintenance of equipment and installations.
• Interacting and communicating with different maintenance stakeholders.
• Managing interfaces with subcontractors for intervention management.
• Researching and implementing solutions to replace obsolete sub-assemblies, which show high failure rates or pose safety risks.
• Managing partial or permanent modifications to automation programs and documentation.
• Updating software and paper documentation after interventions.
• Using GMAO tools for logistics tracking and interventions.
• Supporting the logistics department in parts coding and stock management.
• Communicating progress and finalization of tasks to management using available channels.
• Ensuring personal and team safety by wearing appropriate protective equipment and reporting anomalies.
• Respecting internal procedures related to environmental management (waste, effluents, etc.).
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workstation and workshop.
• Participating in formalizing maintenance know-how through operational procedures or troubleshooting aids to train and empower maintenance staff.

This is a CDI position with fixed night shifts, no rotation.

Candidate Profile:

Holding a Bac Professionnel or higher in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or equivalent. First experience in an industrial environment, ideally in process industries (chemical, pharmaceutical). Solid knowledge in mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Basic understanding of automation is a plus. Rigorous, conscientious, team-oriented, and safety-conscious, with a strong respect for procedures.

Contract Type:

CDI, 38 hours/week, day shifts.

Salary:

• Gross hourly wage: €14.0 to €17.0 over 12 months.

Desired Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience is essential.
