A medical device company in France is seeking a skilled technician to manage on-site installations and provide technical support for medical devices. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and has 3-5 years of experience. Fluency in French and English is essential, and familiarity with GMP regulations is advantageous. This role includes troubleshooting and training customers to ensure compliance and effective use of equipment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in technical support for medical devices, particularly IVD.
  • Strong hands-on technical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

  • Execute on-site installation and performance qualification of new instruments.
  • Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting for end-users.
  • Serve as the main technical point of contact for local suppliers.

Description du poste
Key Responsibilities
  • Installation & Validation : Execute on-site installation, calibration, and performance qualification of new instruments in France and the European region. Manage and prepare all necessary tools / materials to ensure smooth and compliant installation.
  • Technical Support & Training:Provide first-line remote and on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and application support to end-users and distributor engineers. Conduct customer training sessions.
  • Supply Chain & HQ Coordination:Serve as the main technical point of contact for local suppliers and Sansure China's Technical Service department, ensuring efficient issue escalation and resolution.
  • Knowledge and Quality Management:Document technical cases and solutions. Contribute to local knowledge bases and service documentation. Ensure compliance with local regulatory and quality standards during service operations
Qualifications
  • Education : Bachelor's degree or higher in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
  • Experience : Proven experience(3-5 years or above) in technical support / field service for medical devices (IVD highly preferred). Experience in customer training is a plus.
  • Hard Skills : Strong hands‑on technical and problem‑solving skills. Familiarity with basic GMP / cGMP is advantageous.
  • Languages : Fluent in French and English. Chinese is an asset.
  • Soft skills : Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with global teams. Willingness to travel within France and occasionally in Europe / China.
