A leading cyber exposure management company is seeking a Team Lead for Customer Success to oversee a portfolio of strategic accounts. You will balance technical delivery and people leadership, driving customer success and satisfaction. Ideal candidates have over 6 years in Customer Success or Solutions Engineering and leadership experience. Fluency in French and English is required, with some travel expected.

Team Lead, Customer Success

As Team Lead, you’ll balance hands-on technical delivery with people leadership. You’ll manage your own portfolio of strategic accounts while guiding a talented CS team to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
