Overview

Talent Management Intern / Apprentice at Allianz Partners will support the Talent Management team in refining and implementing a holistic, employee-centric online career resource center as well as contribute to innovative talent development programs and frameworks. This internship / apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global organization, contributing to projects that enhance leadership development, succession planning, and employee experience. Mastery of English and a strong willingness to learn and innovate are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Career Communications Strategy: Assist in revising and implementing a comprehensive online career communications strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee needs.
  • Content Development: Create and refine communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, and digital content, with a focus on clear, engaging English language.
  • SharePoint Management: Utilize SharePoint to organize, manage, and distribute talent management resources and communications effectively.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of talent management initiatives and projects.
  • Innovation and Structure: Bring innovative ideas to the table while maintaining a structured approach to project management and communication delivery, including exploring the use of conversational AI tools to enhance employee engagement and streamline communication processes.
  • Data: Supporting data analysis and generating KPI reports to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Mastery of English with strong written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Highly structured, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative, innovative mindset, with an interest in enhancing employee experience.
