Overview

Location: Haguenau, Aimargues or Paris

Type of contract: Temporary/CDD (6 months)

The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a crucial role in providing recruitment expertise for Mars' business units, managing all aspects of internal and external hiring processes. The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full life cycle recruiting for Mars' business.

As a Talent Acquisition in Mars you would be responsible for the field of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. Knows how to apply theory and put it into practice with an in-depth understanding of a specific area. Independently performs the full range of responsibilities within the role.

What are we looking for?
  • Proven Talent Acquisition experience in an Agency or Corporate environment
  • Strong track record leading full-cycle recruitment for mid and senior roles in fast-paced, complex organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and deep knowledge of interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
  • Solid understanding of candidate qualities for various roles, with successful track record of placements.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing through diverse channels and direct-search methodologies, with a focus on attracting high-quality, diverse talent.
  • Competence in interpreting global processes, applying local and regional policies, troubleshooting, and escalating issues when needed.
  • Fluent in English with strong written, oral and listening communication skills.
What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes within dedicated segment/functional area.
  • Engage hiring managers to determine core capabilities and experiences required for roles and develop plan to attract diverse candidates that align with Mars' short and long-term business objectives and culture.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and making offers to candidates using our ATS system (currently Workday) at every stage of the process.
  • Serve as a Mars ambassador, upholding the company's values, culture, diversity, and commitment to an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics (KPIs) such as quality, time, and value.
  • Effectively use all Talent Acquisition systems/tools/programs provided by the global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to ensure alignment with Mars strategies and regional team KPI.
