A global packaging leader is seeking candidates for its Strategic Marketing Graduate Program in France. This 15-month program includes multiple rotations through different areas of the business, focusing on developing customer-centric marketing strategies. The contract of this Strategic Marketing Graduate Program could be based in Barcelona, Spain or one of our French facilities, depending on the final candidate.
The start date is February 2026.
The Amcor Rigid Packaging Solutions International (RPSI) Graduate Program is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and build your expertise with an international packaging leader offering you a unique working experience in an innovative and diverse environment.
The 15 month Graduate Program includes multiple rotations across different parts of the business, consisting of 2 international rotations in one of our facilities located in Europe. Every rotation is designed to add real value and broaden your skills, build confidence, and help you understand how strategic, commercial and technical decisions shape our business.
As an RPSI Graduate you will gain insight into Strategic Marketing and several connected areas of the business. The structured program will support you in becoming able to develop customer‑centric strategies to marketing campaigns, analyse performance and contribute to initiatives that shape our product portfolio.
