Overview

Ingénieur Chimiste H/F dans le cadre d''un stage de fin d''études. Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Laboratoire, vous aurez en charge la mission principale suivante :

• La mise en œuvre d'une méthode GC/MS générique afin d'obtenir une base de données de profils GC/MS de produits finis Bacardi développés en France. Ces profils permettraient une comparaison avec des échantillons suspectés de non-conformité, ainsi qu'un suivi de la qualité des ingrédients et du produit final.

1. Développement GC/MS : Profil GC/MS produits de l’approvisionnement France
2. État de l’art (méthodes d’analyse 2 semaines)
3. Développement polaire et apolaire de la méthode d’analyse
4. Base de données des produits
5. Matières premières : arômes
6. Comparer avec d’autres matrices
7. Synthèse

La maîtrise de l\'anglais (lu / écrit / parlé) est nécessaire.
