What we do

Doctolib builds the operating system for healthcare connecting patients and healthcare professionals through scheduling, telehealth practice management, and a growing set of workflow tools. The Business Performance domain powers our go-to-market and monetization engine, enabling sales, finance, and ops to scale efficiently across multiple products, markets, and segments.

We’ve evolved from a single easy-to-sell product to a diversified multi-brick offering with freemium entry points and varied buyer journeys. Our sales stack reporting and post‑invoicing processes must level up to sustain profitable growth and prepare for an IPO‑grade operating cadence.

What you’ll do

Staff PMs at Doctolib are not attached to a specific feature team and should address key Product concerns across their domains. Within the Growth team your first two main missions could be:

Hands‑on Sales Efficiency with AI Innovation
  • Build and ship AI‑first workflows that supercharge sales efficiency and revenue capture, such as
  • Salesforce data model redesigns
  • Automated opportunity closing systems
  • Data auto‑cleaning processes
  • Develop AI‑assisted sales workflows including automated reporting, lead classification, and next‑best‑action recommendations
  • Create pipeline hygiene solutions that scale across multiple markets
  • Drive measurable improvements in sales team productivity through data‑driven product iterations
Strategic IPO Readiness & Financial Discovery
  • Lead cross‑functional discovery with Finance and Operations leaders to define IPO readiness requirements
  • Build foundational systems for post‑invoicing flows, financial controls and audit‑ready reconciliations
  • Translate complex financial and compliance requirements into clear product roadmaps and technical specifications
  • Design solutions for revenue recognition touchpoints, auditability standards, and financial data quality controls
  • Navigate multi‑country tax and compliance nuances as we scale internationally
Who you are
  • You have at least 10 years of product management experience with a strong Growth and Revenue Platform background
  • You have hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted workflows and productization in GTM contexts, including assistants, generated reporting, and classification systems
  • You have strong product discovery skills with Sales, Finance, and Operations stakeholders, combined with a data orientation in defining leading indicators and experiment design
  • You are fluent in English
Bonus qualifications
  • Experience with pre‑IPO readiness topics including revenue recognition, auditability, and financial data quality controls
  • Experience in multi‑product and freemium environments with B2B SaaS sales motions
