A leading automotive spare parts company is seeking a Spare Parts Sales Executive to manage and expand sales across Europe. You will develop strategies, maintain relationships with key clients, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has 4 to 7 years of experience in sales of aftermarket automotive spare parts and excellent negotiation and communication skills. This role offers a dynamic market environment and the opportunity to drive significant sales growth.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in Aftermarket automotive spare parts sales.
  • Experience managing international or European automotive markets is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple regions.

Job Title: Spare Parts Sales Executive – Europe Region

Location: Any Europe Market Coverage

Tradex France is hiring a Spare Parts Sales Executive to manage and grow Aftermarket automotive spare parts sales across the Europe region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Aftermarket spare parts in the Europe market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients across multiple European countries
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
  • Achieve sales targets and provide regular sales performance reports
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, logistics, and customer support
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 4–7 years of experience in Aftermarket automotive spare parts sales
  • Experience managing international or European automotive markets is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple regions
  • Strong understanding of spare parts distribution and sales processes
Compensation:
  • Salary negotiable as per company standards
