We are growing our Consulting Services team and looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join us on our exciting journey and be part of the Hitachi Solutions family.

The main responsibilities for an F&O Solution Architect include:

• Working directly with clients to understand their high-level business strategies, requirements, and processes.
• Demonstrating the future state solution implementation of the articulated business strategy within the context of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O and related technologies.
• Utilizing specialist knowledge of business processes and the Microsoft Dynamics product suite (including related applications and technologies) to support solution development and expansion to meet client needs.
• Developing innovative approaches to improve or replace existing processes and procedures.
• Designing bespoke solutions.
• Documenting the Solution Design.
• Reviewing functional specifications for high-complexity clients, including complex integrations or significant module changes.
• Acting as the single point of design authority between functional and technical teams to facilitate solution development.
• Guiding Client Programme Directors & Project Managers and keeping them informed.
• Sharing knowledge with other project team members or Hitachi Solutions functional consultants.
• Executing responsibilities in accordance with Hitachi Solution Europe Ltd's Quality Management Policy.

The MS D365 F&O Solution Architect will take accountability for:

• The overall functional & technical workstream solution design.
• The overall solution integration design.

Qualifications include:

Typically, MS D365 F&O Solution Architects will have:

• A minimum of 4 years' experience with Dynamics for F&O.
• Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for F&O solutions & integrations.
• Experience developing customized solutions for complex business problems.
• Proven Solution Architect experience.
• Strong knowledge of Solution and Integration Design.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• A logical approach to problem-solving and structured change management.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English language skills are mandatory, as most projects are international and within an English-speaking team in the UK.
• Flexibility to travel, including on-site at client locations and across our European offices when necessary.
