A leading financial services company in Paris is seeking a motivated individual for a full-time role in communication and marketing. This position involves working closely with the social media manager to implement strategies, analyze performance, and assist in community management. Ideal candidates will have a relevant academic background and be native English speakers interested in gaining practical experience.

Description du poste

We imagine that you're working on your bachelor's or master's degree in communication and/or marketing in Paris. You see your phone as an extension of your arm and live social media. As a person, you have a great interest in supplementing your academic knowledge with practical experience. You are curious and passionate about learning and aren't afraid to step up and take on new tasks because you thrive on working independently with our team's solid guidance along the way. You are a native English speaker.

Tasks
  1. Work closely with our social media manager and the rest of the Communications Brand & Content and Marketing teams on the evolution and implementation of our social media strategy.
  2. Perform social listening to evaluate qualitative and quantitative performance of campaigns.
  3. KPI Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly reports and insights on KPIs.
  4. Support the social media manager in designing and setting up research presentations in PPT format.
  5. Assist in proofreading captions in English, ensuring alignment with our brand style guide.
  6. Support scheduling posts on our social media platforms: LinkedIn and Twitter.
  7. Participate in meetings.
  8. Assist in community management across all accounts/pages on LinkedIn and Twitter.
  9. Conduct benchmarking and surveillance activities.
Competencies
  1. Knowledge of analytics reporting and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Meltwater.
  2. Proactive communication skills, both online and offline.
  3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
  4. Understanding of community management concepts.
  5. Native English speaker required.
