Site Supervisor (SS) (G)

Responsibilities:

  1. Onsite supervision of a group of guards or a specific sector or function of the guard program.
  2. Ensure all assigned guard posts are staffed and monitor the performance of the guard force personnel.
  3. Ensure all guard personnel are aware of and adhere to post and general orders and standard operating procedures established at the TO level.
  4. When assigned to Emergency Response Team (ERT) duty:
  1. Manage and direct emergency response operations on a daily basis at the team level.
  2. Supervise all assigned ERT members, ensuring completion of work assignments.
  3. Ensure all ERT assignments are properly staffed, equipped, and ready to respond.
  4. Direct and control emergency response activities, both in-person and via radio communications.

Qualifications:

  1. Must be a U.S. citizen or TCN, as specified in the TO.
  2. Must demonstrate Level 3 English language proficiency.
  3. Must possess one of the following:
  1. At least six (6) years of experience as a military officer or NCO (E-6 or above or equivalent), or equivalent law enforcement/armed guard supervisory experience.
  2. Three (3) years of ERT/QRF experience on WPS III or WPS II.
  3. One (1) year of SL experience under WPS III or its predecessor contracts.

Experience must include physical security, access control, and force protection, similar in complexity and scope to the requirements of the TO. Experience can be gained in federal, state, provincial, local, or commercial armed guard services, as outlined in WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 2.

Must attend and successfully complete a supervisory course per WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 1.

Pre-Work Requirements:

  1. Attend and complete the guard training course as per WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 2.
  2. U.S. citizen and TCN guard personnel shall qualify with specified firearms as per the TO and re-qualify as required.
  3. Obtain and maintain a Personnel Security Clearance/Public Trust or RSO Vetting as per the TO.
  4. Complete the WPS III Physical Readiness Test at 65% performance level and maintain fitness throughout service.
  5. Possess no impediments to traveling to countries considered dangerous or unhealthy, as per the TO.
