Job Title: Site IT Analyst


Location: Rouen/Le Havre


Employment Type: Full-time


Travel: Occasional (regional support/events)


About the Role:


We are seeking a Site IT Analyst to join our team and ensure seamless IT operations at our site. You will be the first point of contact for users, resolving incidents and service requests, supporting IT infrastructure, and collaborating with global IT teams to improve processes and elevate the user experience.


This role is ideal for a proactive, customer-focused IT professional with strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills.



Responsibilities


  • Act as the first line of support for IT service requests and incidents (via ticketing system, email, chat, calls, or walk-ins).

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware/software issues on PCs, including installations and upgrades.

  • Provide local support for networks, servers, printing, telecommunications, and security systems.

  • Promote IT security awareness and escalate potential threats.

  • Support meeting room equipment, labs, and emergency IT needs.

  • Maintain IT asset database and perform regular stockroom audits.

  • Collaborate with Site IT, Global Support, and Service Management teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

  • Document solutions, contribute to the knowledge base, and provide user training.

  • Participate in global IT projects, application rollouts, and continuous service improvement initiatives.

  • Coordinate with vendors and third parties for upgrades and issue resolution.



Qualifications


  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with 3–6 years of relevant experience.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Technical Proficiency in:

  • Microsoft Windows 10 & 11, Office 365 (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, OneNote)

  • ServiceNow (ITSM), VMware Horizon View (VDI), Veeam (Backup & Restore)

  • Networking, server, and security fundamentals

  • SAP (ERP), Adobe Acrobat/Foxit, VPN (Palo Alto GlobalProtect)

  • Mobile platforms (iOS/Android)


Certifications in the above technologies and experience in a manufacturing environment are strong assets.



Additional Requirements


  • French and English Native

  • Willingness to travel occasionally.

  • N1 and H0B0 electrical certifications required.
