A leading transport solutions provider in Île-de-France is seeking a Site Continuous Improvement Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives at their Saint-Ouen sites. The successful candidate will lead Kaizen and Lean-Six Sigma projects, focusing on enhancing operational processes and achieving excellence in business practices. Ideal candidates should have a degree in engineering or management and display strong leadership and analytical skills.

The TIS Saint-Ouen site employs around 1,000 people responsible for developing systems and deploying signalling projects, mainly for the French market and also in support of international operations. The site works closely with the Villeurbanne (France) and Bangalore (India) locations.
The CSY Saint-Ouen site employs 400 people responsible for installing signalling, track, and catenary systems, primarily for the French market.
We are looking for a Site Continuous Improvement Manager for both sites.
After an onboarding phase, you will join the site committee (COSITE) and play a key role in transforming business practices for a concrete and lasting impact.
On a daily basis, you will lead continuous improvement projects on a variety of topics.
You will focus particularly on process streamlining, root cause analysis of project delays, and optimizing collaborative practices.
