Shipping Clerk

Prior experience in shipping products 2yrs min

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders.
• Verify the accuracy of outgoing shipments by checking items, quantities, and documentation.
• Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
• Assist with inventory control by updating inventory systems when orders are shipped.
• Perform cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all outgoing shipments, including tracking numbers and carrier details.
• Prepare and file all shipping‑related documents in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Ensure that all shipments comply with domestic and international unconhat regulations, including customs documentation.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) during all shipping activities.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.

Strong communication andARNING interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 40 pounds; Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Work Environment: This position is based in a warehouse environment, which may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and equipment.
