Responsibilities
  • Carry out curative maintenance of the turbines to optimize performance, following quality, safety, and environment standards.
  • Ensure smooth operation of the turbine elements at all stages of intervention.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and full refurbishment of turbines, reporting all interventions.
  • Work in pairs, report to the area supervisor, and ensure long‑term customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • BTEC Higher National Diploma, BTS/DUT industrial or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, certified by BZEE if possible.
  • Ideally 2‑5 years industrial maintenance or electrical experience, with knowledge of high voltage.
  • Technical English (written & spoken) and familiarity with the Office Pack.

  • Enthusiastic customer contact regarding completed and upcoming services and repairs.
  • Motivated, autonomous, results‑oriented, innovative; mobility required for planned trips.
  • Good communication and team spirit.
  • Solid commitment to safety in general and workplace safety, including ability to work at height.
