Une entreprise spécialisée dans les équipements métallurgiques recherche un Expert Produits et Revamping pour gérer des projets techniques et optimiser les ventes de services. Le candidat idéal aura une forte compétence technique, un sens aigu de la responsabilité, et sera orienté client. Vous participerez activement à la développement de produits, à l'analyse des besoins client et à l'exécution des projets, tout en contribuant à la communication de vente et à la fidélisation clientèle.
The Service Product and Revamping Product Expert ensures the sustainability and optimization of Services sales, from technical support to spare parts sales, in particular AMF's proprietary equipment, and the management of furnace revamping projects, from pre-project to launch and execution, to ensure a rapid transition. He/she is in direct contact with customers, with the aim of not only selling, but also building customer loyalty. They manage product development, design and sourcing. He/she may also be called upon to follow up a project managed by the Service department with the help of shared resources with other departments.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the build-up of sales communication Services, brochures, case studies, etc.
- Occasionally, execution of a revamping order: subcontractor management, manufacturing supervision, limited on-site presence.
- Provide day-to-day support to the spare parts sales managers.
- Inspections of proprietary equipment
- Drafting of reports and memos related to optimization and developments
- Frequent reporting to manager / meetings
Technical skills & competencies
Expertise in various technical aspects (Thermal process, preferably in continuous line furnaces, mechanical engineering, refractory & insulation, piping, equipment, etc.).
Ability to make proposals and take initiative
Extreme responsiveness, availability, involvement
Sense of responsibility
Ability to negotiate
Good oral and written command, in French and English
Ability to summarize and report
A natural aptitude for sales and customer relations
Good communication skills
