As Senior Strategic Purchaser, you will manage a spend portfolio of approximately €50 million across Professional Services, BPO providers, and Fleet. You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders, influence key commercial decisions, and drive value creation through innovative sourcing strategies, supplier optimisation, and long-term partnership development.
Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for major indirect categories, with full ownership of spend, strategy, and supplier relationships.
Develop and execute category roadmaps that deliver cost optimisation, process improvement, and operational excellence.
Negotiate complex commercial agreements and long-term contracts with high-value international suppliers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between purchasing strategy, business needs, and operational performance.
Monitor market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for innovation, consolidation, and risk reduction.
Support the organisation's broader transformation and growth initiatives through proactive procurement leadership.
Solid experience in strategic purchasing or category management within a multinational environment.
Strong indirect procurement expertise-ideally covering professional services, BPO, fleet, or similar categories.
Proven ability to manage high-value spend and negotiate complex agreements.
Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
Analytical, structured, and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Fluency in English& French is a must
