A leading Cyber Security Consultancy based in Paris is seeking a Senior Software Security Engineer. You'll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing an automatic telecom vulnerabilities security scanner developed in Python, as well as possibly working on the scanner web interfaces. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of networking, IT security, and proficiency in Python, along with the ability to communicate fluently in English.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python programming language.
• Knowledge about networking and network programming.
• Ability to speak and write fluently in English required.

Responsabilités

Job description

Our client, a fast growing Cyber Security Consultancy, based in Paris, are currently hiring for a Senior Software Security Engineer to to join the team to maintain, troubleshoot, upgrade and enhance automatic telecom vulnerabilities security scanner.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, upgrade and enhance our automatic telecom vulnerabilities security scanner developed in Python.
• Ideally, participate to maintain, troubleshoot, upgrade and enhance our scanner web interfaces backend and frontend
• Acquire telecom domain specifics knowledge.

Requirements

• Knowledge about networking and network programming.
• Proficient in Python programming language.
• Proficient in software architecture and design patterns.
• Knowledge about IT / Telecom security will be a best.
• Bonus : Knowledge of telecom protocols / signaling.
• Ability to speak and write fluently in English.
• Ability to be a force of proposition and taking ownership of a subject.
• Ability to independently and quickly acquire new knowledge.
• English - fluent speaker
• French - optional
