You will implement a Digital Close solution in the Account-to-Report domain, enhancing financial processes through a SaaS deployment. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in project management, particularly in digital finance, with a strong ability to manage stakeholders and execute complex initiatives. This is a full remote position with a duration of 12 months.

Project Summary

You will lead a Digital Finance transformation project focused on the implementation of a Digital Close solution within the Account-to-Report (A&R) domain.

The project aims to modernize and standardize financial close processes through the deployment of a SaaS solution, ensuring strong governance, efficient execution, and alignment between business, IT, and external partners.

This is a high-visibility initiative requiring senior project leadership, strong stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of finance close processes.

Main Responsibilities & Key Activities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of a Digital Close solution within the Account-to-Report domain
• Drive project governance, planning, execution, and delivery milestones
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders, including a SaaS provider, a system integrator, and internal finance and digital teams
• Prepare and lead governance meetings, status reporting, and escalation management
• Ensure prioritization of tasks and resources based on business impact and urgency
• Anticipate risks, dependencies, and impacts related to finance processes and data

Experience Required

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering complex digital or finance transformation projects
• Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder environments with external vendors
• Strong background in governance, reporting, and executive-level communication
• Prior experience in Digital Finance, Record-to-Report, or Financial Close projects is highly desirable
• Experience in large, international organizations
