Attached to the Risk Department of Ostrum, the Investment Risks team has 12 people organized by management perimeters. The team defines and implements the financial risk and ESG framework and produces performance awards for clients and Ostrum’s management.

On a daily basis, your duties include:

• Producing and disseminating performance analyses, identifying anomalies, and proposing corrective actions;
• Collaborating with management and development teams to adapt analyses and extend their scope;
• Improving models, tools, and processes, and strengthening data controls;
• Working with publishers like Bloomberg and Factset to resolve issues and participate in IT tests;
• Preparing performance and risk committee materials and organizing activities;
• Training and supporting junior team members and updating documentation.
