A leading aerospace company based in France is looking for a Senior Payload Manager to oversee payload operations and customer management from contract signature through to in-orbit operations. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in payload management, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of payload integration standards. Atmos is seeking a Senior Payload Manager to lead the payload operations and customer management activities across Phoenix missions, from contract signature to in-orbit operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key payload customer accounts and mission integration
• Oversee interface definition, safety documentation, and technical reviews
• Support commercial strategy, pricing, and mission manifest planning
• Mentor junior team members and ensure consistency across projects.

Profile required

• 5+ years in payload or mission management (ESA, CNES, Airbus, OHB, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of payload integration standards
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Fluent in English; French or German a plus.
