A leading video game company in Saint-Mandé seeks a Senior Monetization Manager to oversee the monetization strategy for its game 'Howrse'. The role involves analyzing revenue streams, developing effective monetization strategies, and collaborating closely with production teams. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the gaming industry, particularly in monetization, and be skilled in analyzing player behavior. This position offers a hybrid work model and various benefits.
Within the Howrse team, a web and mobile horse breeding and management game, you will work under the responsibility of the Producer and in close collaboration with local production teams and the headquarters. As a Senior Monetization Manager, you will be responsible for the game’s monetization strategy. You will act as a true strategic partner, ensuring commercial performance and overall coherence of live operations.

Recruitment Process
[45min]: Phone interview with a Recruiter.
[60 min]: Technical interview with the VP Product, Growth Director, and Howrse Producer.
[60 min]: Interview with the Lead Game Designer and Associate Producer of Howrse.
