A leading data and AI company in Paris is seeking a Senior Manager Sales Development to drive pipeline generation strategies for the SEMEA region. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing team and work closely with sales and marketing to accelerate revenue growth. Candidates must have strong leadership experience, sales development expertise, and fluency in English with additional languages preferred. This is a hybrid role.

  • Fluency in English and additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic) preferred.

We are looking for a Senior Manager Sales Development SEMEA (South Europe - comprised of France Italy and Spain - Middle East and Africa) to join our world-class hyper-growth organization and help us continue to expand our business in the region.

Reporting to the Director of Sales Development EMEA you will be a critical member of the Sales Development EMEA leadership team leading and driving the pipeline generation strategy for the SEMEA region by working closely with Sales and Marketing and positioning our sales development function as a key new account activation and revenue acceleration engine for our enterprise segment in SEMEA. You will lead transform and coach a high-performing Sales Development team comprising of 1 Front Line Manager (FLM) and individual BDRs.

This role is a hybrid role based in our Paris office.

The impact you will have :
  • Take the primary leadership role in building and scaling an outstanding team
  • Support and shape strategy for pipeline generation within the SEMEA business
  • Manage your teams multi-million dollar new business pipeline target and be active in coaching team members to be successful
  • Work with cross-functional regional leadership to maximise the contribution of the team
  • Maintain strong reporting accountability and attainment against quota
  • Analyse team performance and funnel data to identify and fix inefficiencies
What we look for :
  • Second line leadership experience preferably in a Sales Development function
  • Experience leading high-performing Sales Development teams with consistent overachievement against quota
  • Experience recruiting and developing SDRs focused on giving people the training and support that they need to succeed
  • Experience in sales process focused around value selling prospecting and opportunity qualification
  • High proficiency in leveraging sales tools including Salesforce Outreach / Salesloft
  • Passion for cloud big data and AI with prior experience in this space highly preferred
  • In addition to English fluency in French / Italian / Spanish / Arabic is highly preferred
