A global energy company is seeking a Senior Project HSE Manager to lead the HSE team on one of the largest iEPCI Projects executed, starting operations in Mozambique in 2026. The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of experience in HSE within subsea projects, a master's degree in a related field, and strong leadership skills. This position is hybrid, allowing work both offshore and onshore, and requires proficiency in HSE practices and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in HSE on Subsea Projects.
• Mobile for short missions abroad.
• Demonstrates an operational approach to HSE.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the HSE team for a large iEPCI Project.
• Implement HSE management system for the project.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead risk management processes and action plans.
