Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a dynamic, remote-first team focused on building a next-generation booking portal for healthcare professionals. In this role, you will design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions that improve patient access to therapy and veterinary services. You will take ownership of projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help define best practices across the product. Accountabilities
  • Design and develop high-quality new features and solutions, setting the standard for code quality and best practices.
  • Take ownership of sub-projects, managing their implementation and successful delivery.
  • Maintain, optimize, and improve existing codebase to ensure performance, scalability, and security.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex software challenges and architect innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, ownership, and knowledge sharing within the development team.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on front-end or full-stack development.
  • Expertise in TypeScript and React, with strong experience in Next.js for complex applications.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (ECS, S3, Aurora).
  • Ability to thrive in a remote team environment, work independently, and mentor others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and resilience in the face of challenges.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail, particularly regarding security best practices.
  • Bonus: design skills and experience with modern UI frameworks such as Tailwind or component libraries.
