About the Opportunity:

We are creating a pool of Senior Evaluation Experts for the EIB FWC Project: Consultancy Services to Support the Evaluation Division of the EIB Group. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Main tasks:

• Lead the joint evaluation team and coordinate the tasks of a specific assignment;
• Ensure a good quality of the deliverables.

Required skills and experience:

• At least 10 years of relevant and ongoing work experience;
• University-degree education (at least Bachelor’s Degree) in the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) or equivalent university degree, preferably but not exclusively in one of the following fields: Evaluation, Economics, European Studies, Social Sciences, Finance or Engineering;
• Full working proficiency in English, both written and spoken (accredited with at least level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages or equivalent);
• Excellent knowledge of evaluation methodologies;
• Participation as a team leader in complex evaluations preferably covering sectors/areas/products which are relevant for the EIB work, such as Climate Action & Environmental Sustainability, Infrastructure & Connectivity, Private Sector Development & SMEs, Innovation, Digitalisation & Human Capital, Health & Social Sectors, Development, Cohesion & External Action (please indicate relevant references in CV).
