Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as independent site monitor.
• Experience in complex trials, ideally in oncology or rare disease.
• Comfortable with independent work and traveling in France.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage all aspects of monitoring across study phases.
• Ensure compliance with protocols, GCP, ICH, SOPs.
• Build strong site relationships and act as primary point of contact.
• Identify and resolve site issues to maintain trial integrity.
• Mentor and support junior CRAs.
