Overview

A leading international provider of corporate, trust, tax, accounting, and fund administration services are seeking to appoint a Client Relationship Manager / Senior Client Relationship Manager.

The successful individual will take pride in managing client expectations and providing efficient, timely and high-quality administration services. The role holder will be part of a team responsible for servicing a portfolio corporate entities. You will be acting as a key contact for these entities and ensure that clients are serviced at the highest level in an efficient, effective and pro-active manner.

In addition to liaising directly and independently with clients, you would be expected to liaise directly with any third parties and board members. The successful individual will, upon passing the probationary period, be a signatory and take ownership at this appropriate level.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day relationships of the portfolio of clients in conjunction with colleagues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate entities and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Liaise directly with clients, third parties, and board members as required.
  • Develop ability to handle more complex client needs and potential line management responsibilities.
  • Assist with training and guidance for more junior team members.
  • Upon successful probation, act as a signatory at the appropriate level.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Company Administration / Fund Administration or Company Secretarial role.
  • No formal qualification required, but ideally you should hold or be willing to study CGI or equivalent.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage priorities and multiple deadlines in a dynamic and proactive way.
